ICT is a landmark known by all parties involved in the field of translation, not only in Malaysia but also internationally. This biennial conference is the only translation conference organized in Malaysia for all parties involved in the field and industry of translation, comprising academics, practitioners, researchers and students.

Among the purposes of this conference is to create a universal arena for intellectual and professional discourse on the latest theories, issue approaches, perspectives, practices, research in the field of translation and interpretation. In addition, it aims to encourage the exchange of ideas, opinions and experiences in the field of translation and interpretation, in order to achieve academic excellence and its relevant fairness in the industry.
