It is our pleasure to let you know that the registration for the XXIII FIT World Congress is now open. Information and registration are available on the Congress website (https://fitift.eventsair.com/fit2025) which will be continually updated. The French and Spanish pages have not been updated yet but will be in due course. Registration is only available in English.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Please note that members of your association may be eligible for accommodation support from a Geneva based organisation called CAGI.
In order to apply for this support, individuals must have some proof of their membership in your association, making them representatives of the association. They will also need to have already registered for the event(s), i.e. for the Statutory AND/OR the World Congress, and supply the respective confirmation. These documents will be requested when they apply for CAGI support (https://www.cagi.ch/en/practical-infos/accommodation-support/, https://www.cagi.ch/en/practical-infos/general-booking-conditions/, and https://www.cagi.ch/en/practical-infos/practical-guide-for-delegates/). Please note that the number of individuals who can be supported is limited, therefore, please register and apply asap. The deadline for applications is 31 May 2025.
CAGI supports the accommodation of civil society representatives residing in low-and-middle-income countries, attending FIT’s triennial Statutory Congress and World Congress. Please consult the (https://www.cagi.ch/en/practical-infos/accommodation-support/ to find out about eligibility and use the “individual request” for applying. Please note that “group requests” will not be considered and automatically cancelled. Also, delegates with a per diem of more than CHF 230/day are not eligible for accommodation support.
Individuals applying to CAGI for support MUST NOT do their own hotel booking. After analysing the request, CAGI makes a reservation with one of its partner hotels (including breakfast and a public transportation ticket) and sends a booking confirmation to the delegate, containing all the necessary information for the smooth running of the stay. In return, the participant commits to contribute to the cost of their stay by paying to CAGI a contribution of 50 CHF / night (this is a special rate for our FIT events and not in line with the Conditions of Allocation above).
